Today I want to share with you a very simple and juicy roast chicken recipe that has become a staple in our house. If I can do this, anyone can!
What you will need:
– Whole Chicken (Innards Removed)
– Large Baking Dish
– 1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter
– Black Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– 2 Carrots or Celery Stalks
– Medium-sized Onion
Preheat to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Cook for 80-90 minutes
Safe temperature is 170 Degrees Fahrenheit when fully cooked
